Mr. Bollech brings over 30 years of financial and operational management experience to SST. He began his career in public accounting where he specialized in construction, real estate development, hospitality and the banking industries. Departing public accounting, he became his controllership career with a development company of a $1 Billion syndication corporation. Mr. Bollech expanded his managerial talents with an $800 Million nationwide facility management company with direct supervision of 3,000 employees. Mr. Bollech has extensive experience in contract negotiations, financial and management services to commercial and defense contractors. Mr. Bollech has extensive international business experience in Mexico, Central America and European countries. His government experience includes Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, Department of Treasury and the United States Army. He obtained his accounting and finance degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. Prior to Mr. Bollech career in the private sector, he had a distinguished military career as an accomplished military combat and test pilot. Over his military career, he flew direct air support for Navy Seal special operations and held command positions as Air Mission Commander and Aviation Recovery Officer.
